Vegan orange brownies

I love chocolate. I love chocolate with orange. And I love brownies. These vegan orange brownies hit in the right place. The flavor is overwhelming. They put you right in a festive mood. Try them with gingerbread or chai latte and let it snow, let it snow, let it snow…

Preheat an oven to 350˚F.

Blend small overripe banana and mix it with melted vegan shortening, water, apple cider vinegar and vanilla extract.

In a separate larger bowl mix all the dry ingredients except chocolate chips and orange zest.

Pour liquid ingredients into dry. Stir well.

Then fold in chocolate chips and orange zest and mix to spread it evenly.

Grease a baking dish and sprinkle it with some flour. Transfer brownie batter in it.

Bake for 25-30 minutes.

P.S. When you taste the batter, make sure you don’t eat it all.
