Vegan silken tofu sour cream.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 block soft silken tofu (12oz)
  • 3 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredient in a blender and blitz until smooth.
  2. Pour in a jar and keep in a fridge.

Notes

You can replace half of the vinegar with lemon juice.
