Tahini dressing is my favorite salad dressing of all. And it’s just perfect for falafel and Buddha Bowls.
Add your favorite herbs for different flavor variations. Blend in some chickpeas for thick and rich sauce. This is more like a suggestion than a recipe.

If you’re making your own tahini blend sesame seeds in a food processor into a paste. You can add a touch of oil to help things going.
To make the dressing blitz all ingredients in a blender or food processor. Start with 1/4 cup of water and add more until you reach desired consistency.
This tahini dressing will thicken in a fridge. Gently heat it up before serving to make it runnier.
