This flaxseed pudding is my answer to highly popular chia puddings.
In my opinion flaxseed is way underrated. It is even slightly higher in protein and Omega-3 than chia seeds. And after soaking your seeds the protein is easier to digest. So don’t skip it.
Flaxseed pudding can be super fast and nutritious breakfast if you don’t have much time in a morning. Also it is a great idea for people who watch their Omega-3 intake.
After blending with dates and banana this pudding has elegant and not too sweet taste so you can top it up with your favorite fruits to increase the flavors. Or if you are in a mood for a healthy dessert add some chocolate sauce, maple syrup or fruit jam and top up with nuts, coconut flakes or cocoa nibs.
Enjoy it and stay healthy!
To make the pudding cover 6 tbsp of flaxseed with 300ml of water and put in a fridge overnight to soak.
Next morning pour flaxseed with soaking water, banana and dates into a blender cup and blitz until smooth.
Serve with your favorite berries or fruits.

Anastasia
No I didn’t grind them. The blender will do the job.
I hope you’ll like it! 😉

Yum! Thank you for this recipe. I thought I wouldn’t like it (trying out raw vegan recipes) but it tasted better than I expected.
