This Avocado Dressing is another creamy vegan and oil-free salad dressing. It has a mild flavor profile so it would be great for veggies which taste you don’t want to overpower.
The recipe is super fast and simple, though the flavor and taste depends on the quality of your ingredients. Choose ripe and oily avocado, your favorite plant-based milk and fresh aromatic herbs.
Scoop avocado into food processor and blend with the rest of ingredients starting with 1/3 C of milk.
Add more milk until you reach the desired consistency.
Chill in a fridge or serve right away.
