In a small saucepan combine coconut milk and sugar. Slowly bring to a boil and reduce the heat to low.
Simmer, stirring frequently, until you reach the desired thickness. Keep an eye on it all the time to prevent separation and forming sugar crystals.
After 30 minutes it should thicken to the point, when you have runny vegan condensed milk, that can be used in all kinds of beverages, oatmeal etc. Keep reducing for another 15 minutes if you need a thicker consistency for other recipes.
Switch off the heat, pour into the jar, cover and place in the fridge.

Coconut condensed milk will thicken more once cooled.
