Curried Tahini Steel Cut Oats

Bold and flavorful curried tahini steel cut oats.

  1. Bring 2 cups of water or plant-based milk to a boil. Add steel cut oats, lower the heat, cover and cook for 18 to 25 minutes. Give it a stir occasionally to prevent sticking to the bottom of a pan.
  2. Now mix in tahini, curry powder and salt. Switch off the heat and let it rest covered for another 5-10 minutes.
  3. Add toppings of your choice and serve.
