For herbed garlic croutons:
- 150g white bread
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- pinch of salt
- black pepper to taste
For vegan Caesar dressing:
- 1/2 C neutral oil
- 1/4 C soy milk
- 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
- pinch of Kala Namak
- pinch of turmeric (for color)
- 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp capers, minced
- 1 garlic clove, pressed
- 1/2 tsp kelp granules
- salt and black pepper to taste
